Amenity Tree Care Lite
WoodPlan Amenity Tree Care Lite allows you to manage tree data
in an efficient streamlined manner providing you and your clients
with great results! With a seamless link to MapMaker Pro GIS you
can view trees on a digital mapping interface built into the WoodPlan
Software and bring up specific details of individual or groups
of trees. The program features a user definable risk-assessment
system, so whatever system you choose to use for managing risk
WoodPlan Amenity Tree Care Lite will calculate the risk value
accordingly. Trees held in the system are assigned unique ID reference
numbers; this allows the tree data to be shared across all the
software featured here.
Other features include a works order generator,
TPO management, budget control, user defined pick-lists, report
generator and import / export data to and from all the main file
formats. All fields and headings in WoodPlan Amenity Tree Care
Lite are fully customisable allowing you to make the system work
for you in the way that you want it to.

MapMaker Pro GIS allows you to convert any mapping files or CAD
drawings you are sent into OS National Grid format. You can then
manage trees positions in accurate geographical positions using
a universally recognised format. No matter what file format or
how inaccurate tree positions are, MapMaker Pro can help you provide
a more professional service to your clients. Maps and overlaying
tree data can be produced in many different formats so that when
you need to produce results you have the tools to do so. MapMaker

Farm Works
SiteMate
Mobile survey software controlled by WoodPlan Amenity Tree Care
Lite to run on GPS enabled mobile devices such as the Trimble
Juno ST. SiteMate uses GPS to accurately record tree positions
on background mapping that you can take into the field with you.
Using the import / export facility in the main WoodPlan software
you can choose exactly what tree records you want to take out
with you, for instance if you want to only take species and DBH,
then that’s all you have to take or you can take all the
tree data entry fields in the system if you’re carrying
out an extensive survey. Take previous tree inspection data with
you when required and update existing data. Return to your office
at the end of the day and upload the data through a seamless link
directly into the main WoodPlan System. This then automatically
updates the GIS data and any data held in the BS5837 utility using
the unique tree ID reference system.
